Grace laughs, rolling easily at his urging, her arms wrapping around him again. Maybe it's unnecessary to keep on saying it, but oh, she loves to hear it. It feels as if she's waited her whole life for it, as if those words have brought an unexpected release, a relief. She has somewhere she belongs, someone to belong to. "It's so silly," she says.
