"I hope so," Grace says. "It's alright. I just have to keep looking." It isn't easy. There are skills considered necessary now which she hasn't earned, which were irrelevant or nonexistent the last time she sought a job, and it's difficult to find somewhere she can apply at all. At least some things are timeless. She doesn't want to let on that she's worried and leave him worrying, too. Smiling, she tips her head up to kiss him again. "These things take time, that's all."
